We are currently modelling the Acquia Marina theme from TopNotchThemes, but the plan is to try some others out as the mood takes us, too busy on other people's themes to sort our own one out.
Light, fresh and pleasantly chunky, our only quibbles are we'd need to do some hacking to get our logo and site name how we want, and even a tiny hack to get it how it is - fortunately a local.css file means this wouldn't be such a big job to do or maintain. Apparently we can even change the icons fairly simply if we want. It comes with good documentation, including video and is actively maintained.

Yes, they're not quite right, the content text being the most difficult to read. I hacked the sitename, so it didn't wrap, but the heading settings don't offer very much variety, very big or very small. We made a decision that we would not touch the css of any theme we used.
